After our house burned down in Paradise, California, we met with a number of real estate agents around northern California. We didn't really know Grass Valley but when we weren't finding what we were looking for elsewhere, we were referred to John von Brincken by another agent's agent. We met with him and spent time at his office outlining our wants and needs. John's knowledge of Nevada county was extensive and he was able to show us a number of properties that were very close. It took a few days but eventually he hit the ball out of the park with a house that ticked every one of our boxes. We needed a short closing and it ran into the Christmas holidays but with his expertise he worked with our mortgage company and got it done. We closed in 21 days the day after Christmas!
